What I liked

Why can't all NHS hospitals be run like Hexham Hospital? They offered me a friendly and fast service with a kind and caring staff in the Xray dept. A credit to the NHS and would suggest that they could teach other NHS hspitals a thing or two about Customer care

What could be improved

No complaints at all
