The NHS is always in the media for negative reasons and hard working dedicated staff quite often do not get praised. Just a short review to say the staff in the out patients department NMGH cardio respiratory were all fantastic, They were friendly, caring,honest and made me feel at ease whilst having tests carried out at a time I felt scared and vulnerable! Keep up the good work :-) and thank you.
