I was referred to the Ambrose King Centre in the Royal London Hospital by my GP. I have to say that from the reception to every person I saw until the last minute I was there the treat was absolutely exceptional. The doctor was friendly, super professional, approachable, amazingly concentrated with my case and taking the time to listen to me and understand my GP's needs in order to give me the best help. (As a young woman its is easy to feel a bit nervous but I had a doctor of my same sex which helped a lot and I have to thank the doctor for making me feel so comfortable and somehow in the same level of understanding). Little details are always the key that makes a difference in a good service. Just a nice smile, or a little bit of extra time to listen the patient can make a ordinary and routine appointment a really grateful experience for both parts. ( And at the end, this is what it is worth it in life, isn't is?,Create value not just in life but also at work specialy if you are working with people) The nurse was caring and very friendly as well. The doctor called my GP the same morning (amazing, thanks). And when I called my GP, my doctor already had all the information about my consultation in the Ambrose Centre and the treatment given to follow. They also gave to me a follow up appoinment in two weeks time and I was told that they might call me to see who things go with my treatment. (No words, seriously first time in my life that I see things working well in this Health System, again, amazed). Thanks to all the team in The Ambrose King Centre.
