having just read some of the comments about care and consideration I feel that some folk are born to moan, but when I had my TKR on the 25th Oct 2013 it was the best hospital experience I have had with the utmost care and time shown to one and all on a very busy ward. The snoring had to be heard to be believed with the ultimate event Sat/Sun 4am being the loudest. I wish to pass on my best wishes to the whole team from Surgeons to Nursing Staff to even the lady who did the cleaning (spotless). Thank you all, with sincerity. Michael J E Hampson

Thank you for sharing your story. I was happy to read your comments about the staff involved in your care, and the cleanliness of the ward. I note that you allude to some disturbance during the early hours of the morning at the weekend, and hope that this did not cause you any distress. I will forward your comments to the General Manager, and Head of nursing who will share your kind words with all the staff concerned.
