I recently had a loop recorder fitted at the Cardiology Day Unit and I have to say the staff were fab. I was made to feel at ease as soon as I arrived, everything was explained to me and great care was taken of me. The staff were chatty but always professional and we even had the opportunity to have a laugh. All in all, they made what could have been a nervy day very relaxed. Thanks to each and every one of them. I wish them all well with the move to North Tees ! A Brown.
