Dear Paul On Behalf of East Lancashire Hospital Trust, can I first of all thank you for your glowing feedback of your experience here within our Emergency Department and Ward B20ENT department. I will of course ensure that the full team have sight of your feedback which will undoubtedly provide them with a sense of pride and achievement in making your experience such a positive one. As a Trust, we receive regular feedback around how our services are being experienced by our patients and visitors and we like to take every opportunity to learn about what we are doing right and what we can improve upon. We therefore thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn from your care here and we hope sincerely that your onward care is able to meet with the same standard that we have set ourselves for you going forward.
