All members of staff that dealt with me during my assesment and on the day of my treatment were excelent.Everything was explained to me in detail.All my questions answered.I was questioned about my medical history in detail and confirmed several times. I was put entirely at ease by the friendly and very profesional way inwhich I was treated.The procedure,that I was not looking forward to, was virtualy painless. I also felt that I was treated with great dignity in what was a very undignified procedure.The cup of tea and toast in the recovery room was very unexpected and very, very much appreceated.
