Just had the worst night of our lives! Phoned your switchboard to find out how my mum was only to be told that she had been sent home! Cannot believe it, 45 minutes later, worry, panic, phone calls unanswered, people giving wrong information out finally find out she is still with yourselves! After being told that she was sent home and not back to the care home imagine how we felt when there was no answer from her home. The care home then informed us that she should have been sent back to them as she was unfit to return to her own home they would find out what was happening. Obviously your staff on switchboard and wards need further training on your system. Absolutely dreadful service!
