"Unhappy with postnatal care"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Maternity

(as a relative),

Fantastic labour unit happy professional staff.

Not so good post natal -seemed understaffed and staff I met seemed miserable. If the staff put as much effort into patient care as they do into being visitor controllers you would have a lot happier and chilled out new mothers.

A suggestion, the money you are spending on paper curtains as screens around the beds is a complete waste of taxpayers money. Use the money employing more staff and look at raising the morale of the ones already employed.

Disgusted with my daughters treatment on immediate return from theatre, after going through all she went through this is the part that has upset her most.
