"Disgusting"

About: St James's University Hospital

Anything else?

I recently stayed at st James hospital for 15 days in this time I can say it was disgusting, the time it takes for a doctor to respond, a nurse to respond to my button due to been highly understaffed for the need of the patients. I also received mouldy bread and all I had was an apology. No privacy for patients getting rather upsetting personal news as they was told this on the wards where everyone could hear. Other patients pouring hot food on themselves from not having help that they required. Nobody explained what I was having to wait for or what operation I was going to have but then I didn't need it. After numeral X-ray's ultra sounds after no one came to tell me anything. After I had blood in my tube a 20 minuet wait was 2 1/2 hours. It was the worst experience I have ever had in hospital
