Today I had a diagnostic procedure at the gastroenterology department. I was not looking forward to it but the staff were very professional and kind and I would like to reassure anyone waiting for an appointment that they will have the best possible care. Everything was explained well, I was involved in all decision making processes and I am completely confident that I could not have had better treatment if I had paid for private investigations. Thanks to all the staff, from reception to doctor and nurses, for being so cheerful and understanding.
