I wanted to make a visit to my sister who was in Torbay Hospital. Because I lived quite a few miles away I wanted to ensure that she was still resident at the hospital. I rang to check and got the usual press 1 for this and 2 for that etc. 30 minutes later I am sat writing this review because no one wanted to answer any phones. About time you got back to basics and allow a call to a receptionist that can deal with the call in no time. Sat here absolutely fuming and with a bad impression of what is otherwise an outstanding Hospital. Get something sorted!
