Provided with a professional service met my friendly receptionists and treated by knowledgable nursing staff. Service wait 2 hours, once seen I was x-rayed and treated, fracture clinic appointment booked. Positive experience of A&E. My only service user improvement would be to have the waiting room slightly warmer, it was a cold day and the waiting room was quite cold. Most patients like myself could be in shock after accident and so body temperature is likely to drop and a cold room is not ideal. On the opposite spectrum the treatment rooms were on the hotter side of warm.
