my name is sandra kennedy and i attended the day surgery dept on the 18th of october ,i have never been to rochdale infirmary before and i was absolutely petrified as i had to have my teeth removed , from the moment i arrived i was put a great ease by all the staff the pre op assessment nurse to the theatre nurses to the dentist and annesthetist ,iwould like to extend my sincere gratitude to all the medical staff ive mentioned above,for there kindness, there time ,and also the warm welcome i recieved. thank you all so very much. sandra kennedy
