What could be improved
my daughter has just came out of this hospital she has been in for 4 days in that length of time i have watched the cleaner of the ward quickly wash the sink not the splash board at the back or underneath use the same cloth without washing it to clean the tray on wheels that go over your bed then the cupboard at the side of the bed then carry the mop dripping allover the floor to the toilet clean the floor then drip it back through then 10 mins later she was the tea lady. i think i might know were all these illnesses come from dont you .
