"Help with appointments for neurosurgery clinic"

I would just like to give a big thank you to the appointments staff for their help with my elderly mum.

My Mum of 91 years had got mixed up with her appointment, after a chat with a member of staff the problem was solved. The lady in question lives local to me and hand delivered the letter to avoid any further stress.

I cannot thank her enough in solving this matter, and going above and beyond the call of duty.
