"Staff attitude and poor communication let the side..."

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

Anything else?

When we got to see the actual doctors who treated by husband they were great. However what was disappointing was the attitude of the receptionist on arrival, the triage nurse and the AAU nursing staff in addition to the general poor communication across the whole service. No information was shared and no-one got back to us during our entire stay (equivalent of one full day and night) unless we chased, and chased and chased. My husband was left not knowing what on earth was happening! Very poor show.
