Visited Chelsea A&E for an acute asthma attack. The staff was very quick, polite, attentive and positive. I come from the United States where emergency treatments cost money and are often chaotic. At Chelsea A&E I was very impressed with the quick turnaround time and intelligent prioritization of cases. I visited on a very busy time (Saturday night, imagine the number of alcohol-related cases...), was seen for an assessment within 5 minutes, and was out of the hospital within an hour, with time left for dinner. Well done NHS - many countries can learn from you.
