Anything else?
I visited the MIU in October. The wait to see a nurse wasn't very long. She was very courteous and efficient. She sent me for an x-ray. Here the waiting time became frustrating. People that were waiting to see a nurse after me had come through for an x-ray and some were being seen before me. These weren't emergencies, just walk ins like me. I was eventually seen. The radiologist appologised for the wait saying that a disabled lad in a wheelchair needed to be seen first. I have no problem with that but it would be nice to be kept informed instead of leaving me sitting there wondering if my file had been mislaid. I then had to go back to the waiting room to see my original nurse. Of course, those that had gone before me were now ahead of me in the waiting room. More unnecessary waiting. Not a bad place but some things need tweaking.
"Good but......."
