The following feedback was submitted to South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foudation Trust via a "Have your say" leaflet.
An ambulance was called after calling 111 as my husband had a fall and could not move his head. Emergency services arrived swiftly from Sherborne. The reason for this email is to praise and express lots and lots of thanks to the two crews that came out. They were fantastic, we cannot praise them enough. Its such a shame that not enough praise is given to this service, only complaints. Once again a huge thank you.
