"Mastectomy 11th October 2013"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

Anything else?

Having never had even a blood test this baptism of fire was very frightening, but the care, kindness and dignity with which I was treated was superb. The hospital was spotless, the nurses always cheerful and obliging and the operation I believe went very well. The following day I was sent home knowing I had the backup of designated Nurses and also District Nurses. Nothing was too much trouble both with the staff at the hospital and also the District Nurses both in Penwortham and also Euxton where I stayed for a week with a friend.. I would certainly recommend this hospital to friend or relative. Thank you for caring.
