Anything else?

I went in to good hope on 21st September with a heart attack when I was sent to the ward the nurses was rude and abusive they did not know what was happening. the nurses was giving me different days when I was going to be transferred to heartlands hospital. when I asked the nurses when I was being transferred they did not know and they was rude and abusive to me because they did not know what they was doing. when I was finally transferred to heartlands hospital I was so much happier and the nurses was very friendly they would answer any questions I had and they all new what I was doing.

Response from Iona Belgrove, Patient Services Manager, Heart Of England NHS Foundation Trust

Dear Stevie123

I am so sorry you had that experience and have passed your feedback onto the Head Nurse's office at Good Hope Hospital to investigate and more importantly, ensure it doesn't happen again. Please be assured this is not the normal standard of nursing care and appropriate steps will be taken.

I wish you a speedy recovery

kind regards

Iona
