What I liked

I think this Hospital is a very good one my only issue is that i have been trying to make an appointment with the musculoskeletal department and i have waited in all day for them to ring me back! i rang them this morning to find out when they could make me an appointment i was refered on the 7th march its now the 9th of april they hadnt recieved all the info about the referal but they had recieved it thismorning i was told thismorning that they would ring back!! but yet i will still have to be on a 3 week waiting list ! i just dont understand it myself i need treatment now not in 2 months! so im quite disappointed with the level of customer service...

What could be improved

Waiting time periods for starters!

customer service maybe you need to have better training methods in place after all this is the hospitals we are talking about not peterlee asda.
