Anything else?
I just attended ENT clinic. Impressed from start to finish with the operation. Appointment bang on time (as were the appointments before and after mine). I saw doctor then had hearing test with another lovely man and then doctor again. All staff (6 in total) I dealt with were friendly, welcoming and delightful. Hospital feels modern and clean with decent coffee shop, shop and a welcoming reception. It made me very proud of our free NHS. Thank you very much. Joanne
