What I liked
The staff were all very polite and helpful
What could be improved
I found out this morning that the out-patient pharmacy at BAGH has been closed and that non-urgent prescriptions must now be obtained from the patient's own GP, it can take up to two weeks for the information to be faxed to the GP's surgery and entered onto a patient's record and then it takes a further 3-4 working days to have a prescription sent to the nominated local pharmacy so I will have to wait almost three weeks for my new medication which although non-urgent will hopefully afford me some relief from my symptoms. I see the consultant again in 8 weeks but almost three of those weeks will be wasted as I will not be using the new treatment!
