Anything else?
I just have had major Lumbar-Spinal surgery done called Discectomy, on the 21st of Oct'13. Everybody .... Kind of whole world was praying for me, my surgeon and his team, nursing staff and other health team members of the River Hospital, for the success of my surgery. My hospital stay was short; 21/10/13 till 25/10/13. Hence the title," Run Run London Bridge on Fire". My surgeon is an excellent and skillful surgeon, full marks. He gave 2 flying visits during my stay; 0 IPR( Inter-Personal Relationship)with the patient. < 5 IPT( Inter-Ptofessional Teamwork) with other health team members. Excellent nursing staff, call bell and attending system is good,"Prodictive ward Management". Some things needs to be emphasized viz Nurse Advocacy, identifying individual difference for the patients. Like every patient shows different sign and symptoms for the same disease or condition. Not every patient has the same strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, The Individual difference comes in progress ....
