Last week me and my Husband had to take our 4 year old to the panda unit after being advised to go by our GP. Although it was very busy in the waiting room we was seen quickly.There was plenty of toys for her too play with which made her feel calmer The level of care received for our daughter could not be faulted. From the Nurses and especially the Nurse who looked after her in the evening. The Nurse must have been very busy looking at the amount of people in the waiting room, but she kept checking on her on a regular basis and made her feel at ease. We was seen by the Dr within a hour of arrival and started all the care that she needed straight away.She was very helpful and answered all of our question All staff was very friendly and made us all feel calmer. The young lady on the panda reception was also very friendly and helpful. Thank-you for all the care you provided. She is feeling much better now with the help of all the staff. I think this unit is demonstrating why so many choose Salford Royal as there first choice for care.
