What I liked
well some off the were polite ect...
i was told my mum was having a heart scan but found here dumped in the corridor she then was moved to four differnt rooms in 2days a very elderly woman i may suggest we also havent been told what is rong which is agertating.
What could be improved
be mor considerate to the elderly and get more staff there seems to be a shortage and we would like to no what is rong shes been in 2days and as off yet we dont no whats rong my mum isnt out but will hopfully come out safely and that is all we ask thankyou
