My aunt has recently spent 2 weeks on Brearley 7 before her death whilst on the ward. We visited regularly and have been very surprised by the high quality of care and compassion shown by all the staff - from the cleaners and tea ladies through to the doctors. Everybody was exceptionally kind and we could not have asked for more. It was a great comfort to us to know my aunt was in such good hands. Having done a lot of hospital visiting in recent years we have had the opportunity to observe a number of wards in operation. Brearley 7 stands out.
