My Grandfather Was Admitted to Arrowe Park Hospital After he Had A Fall. He Was Transferred to Ward 21, Where he Was Welcomed By The Ward Sister He was Taken to A Bed. He Was Was Changed And Put into bed. About 20 Minutes Later, A Primary Staff Nurse Came Over, And Explained what Was Happening, and that the Ward needed to do A Care Plan, to ensure everything was going to Plan. The Care staff made my grandfather feel welcome, he was given all the Right treatment.

he got on With all the Care Staff Especially the HCA's On the Night Shift.
