Very welcoming at reception. The health assessor put me at ease and explained the forms well. The consultant explained the procedure clearly and we filled in the consent forms away from the procedure room. The nursing staff were excellent, both efficient and concerned for my well being at all times. Upon discharge forms were filled quickly and the results and information were freely given. A member of the nursing staff contacted me the next day to ensure my recovery was ok. The staff from all areas did their utmost to make an uncomfortable procedure as pleasant as possible and I would have no hesitation recommending this hospital to any person considering an option for medical procedures.
