I & my sisters would just like to thank the staff/doctors/nurses of the ECU at Rake Lane for their professionalism when my mother was admitted around 4am. She was well attended and looked after throughout the day. After a traumatic event for both her and her family, it was reassuring to see the response/care that was shown to my mother. Regards Paul E

Dear Paul, Thanks for your kind note. I was sorry to hear that your Mother needed to be rushed to hospital in the early hours of the morning, I imagine it was very frightening. I am delighted that our emergency teams were able to provide her with all the support she needed and that you as a family have been able to take comfort from the fact that she was well cared for.
