My son was taken to Whiston Hospital to the burns unit following an accident in work.

As we live in North Wales I had to telephone several times the staff on G1 ward were lovely and helpfull every time I phoned not once did they make me feel that I was making a nusance of myself as I know how busy they are. I was also shocked how clean the hospital was compared to Ysbyty Gwynedd and Glan Clwyd in our area. Your hospital and staff should be an example to other health authorities.

I also feel that you do not take advantage of people using your car park as I think that £1:50 a day is a fair price to pay compare with our health authority.

I can only rate the overal rating of the Hospital and the Cleanliness as I was a visitor and not the patient.
