I was brought in last Friday as an emergency. I spent 3 days in Charlwood Ward, and just over a day in Horley Ward, and would like to thank the medical and nursing staff. We always hear about the failings of NHS hospitals but not enough about the good things.

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
