I took my son for a dental apt that was fine what I would say is its the carparking that always lets this hospital down I have no problem paying the 2.00 but theres not enough parking , I understand that the hospital would say this is someone different who runs the carparks but I have no idea who to complain to wouldn't want to make a complaint really just say what I think out of the whole car park there were 3 machines working at the top end of the car park there were more out of order than there was working why? when everyone that goes there is paying 2.00 is there ever any out of order? then to top it off you have 2 of the car parking attendents looking to see if people have tickets jobs worth provide the service before you try to catch people out you just look supid as people were having to walk a long way from there car to get a machine that works!

I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced in parking. We are in the process of making improvements to our parking system with a new "payment on exit" system which offers more options for paying and also aims to allow the parking attendants to spend more time assisting people with parking problems. This will, with regret, also be accompanied by the first increase in parking charges since the system was introduced.
