The floor and toys in the waiting room at the urgent care centre were filthy. The Dr came to see us, then told us he had to speak to a member of staff before admitting my grandson to the child observation ward. He said he would be a few minutes but didn't return to us so we had to get a nurse to deal with us. The staff on the child observation ward were lovely, very attentive, child friendly and caring - though the cleanliness in the play area wasn't to the standard you would expect from a hospital
