A&E staff were lovely, starting from checking in all the way through to making me an appointment at the fracture clinic. Waiting time was down as 1 hour, I was seen in less, the whole experience only lasted 1hr & 45 mins. It was so nice to be seen by thorough, polite & courteous hospital staff. I broke my foot in 2 places, I have a temp plaster which was done so well there was minimal mess. I know a few hospitals get a bad reputation but from all my experiences at Bedford I have to say everyone has always been amazing.
