A precationary tale. Before you go ahead and entrust your life in the hands of the N.H.S, read this first, then after reading this decide if you want to carry on and trust these people with your life your health your wellbeing. They took mine away on dec 24th 2012, i have not worked since early 2013, i am house bound, sofa bound, toilet bound, all because i trusted the N.H.S, one of the services i have paid tax all my life. the ENT dept at west Middlesex hospital damaged my lungs and are not bothered in the least, as they are still getting paid for shabby second rate service.

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is very concerned to read of your experience of the NHS. You raise significant issues with regard to your care last year under ENT. There is an NHS complaint process for patients who are dissatisfied with their care and it would be important that the hospital involved is able to investigate and respond to the issues that you have raised.
