Response from Charing Cross Hospital

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is very concerned to read of your experience of the NHS. You raise significant issues with regard to your care last year under ENT. There is an NHS complaint process for patients who are dissatisfied with their care and it would be important that the hospital involved is able to investigate and respond to the issues that you have raised. If you were treated at Charing Cross hospital please contact our PALS team pals@imperial.nhs.uk and we will be happy to discuss things with you further. Alternatively we can provide contact details for the West Middlesex Hospital if as reported you were seen there.
