"I felt confident with the cardiology outpatients staff"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I recently attended the cardiology outpatients department. At all times I was treated with respect and dignity.

The system was very efficient, from wait etc to ECG to the Dr consultation. Everyone was friendly.

I was nervous but put at ease by the confidence I felt with the staff.

Dear Sammy1

Thank you for taking the time to add your comment about the cardiology department at East Surrey Hospital.

Its great to hear that you had such a good experience and particularly that you felt that you were treated with respect and dignity which our patients tell us is one of the most important things to them.

Kind regards

Ian
