my wife fell and knock her self un conscious ,I rang 999 the person who answered the call told me what to do and really calmed me down (I was in a panic) he stayed with me on the line until the paramedic came , what a man calm reassuring treated my wife with dignity wonderful guy . Two ambulance ladies came again lovely people, took us to bri casualty dept, Again treated with respect and dignity, yes we were there for 4 hours ,but by then my wife was improving she was monitored by the nurses. THedoctor What a work rate .She was taken to ward 17 Again a head scan monitored treated discharged all in 13 hours from falling to being back in our own home . We cant thank and praise everyone enough . May your god bless you
