My grandaughter attended last Sunday, the waiting room was disgusting, food and blood on the floor, not a nurse in sight. The toys in the waiting room had sick on them. Understandable the waiting time as you are not always aware as to whom has come into hospital via the ambulance but to avoid patience annoyance could some one not take time to explain to people waiting. We explained to the lady on reception about the disgusting state, she look interested in the issues raised said she would get a cleaner ASAP, when we worked away she continued chatting to her colleagues about what she had been watching on TV !
