Following recent admission of my father - there were two nurses where the standard of care and commitment was exceptional. Both demonstrated a genuine care of my father and in fact every patient I saw them in contact with. I could see that it was far more important to them that the patient was listened to and looked after first rather than completing forms/checklists. The care shown to my father in general on the ward was exceptional.
