After finding a lump in my breast I was quickly referred to the consultant. I can't praise him and his team enough for their timely, sympathetic and professional approach. A scan was arranged within a matter of days, and the radiologist was able to tell me straight away that the lump was a benign cyst. She treated me there and then and I have been fine ever since. There has been a follow up scan and a small test to ensure everything is normal. My case was also discussed at a breast multidisciplinary meeting before I was discharged. All very thorough and reassuring. I am certainly confident that I would receive the same excellent service in the future from the consultant if I ever need to return.
