I have noticed an improvement since Medway hospital went into special measures. I have been using the hospital a lot one way, A & E, appointments, scans and X rays, hospital stays and last week had an op and one night stay the areas I used were spotlessly clean, staff seem happy I am noticing it is beginning to work at Medway....different atmosphere, I will not be worrying about a trip to Medway as I did before. I hope it stay's this way.
