After a terrible experience at East Surrey hospital I was reluctant to go to another hospital - but I have to say that the care I received at A&E here was fantastic. Within an hour of arriving, I'd been seen by a triage nurse, given a bed, pain relief and had blood tests. Although the hospital was busy, the nurses couldn't do enough for you and I wasn't made to feel like an inconvenience like my previous experience at East Surrey.
I just wish I had got their names but unfortunately I wasn't really with it so I could thank them personally.
