Just want to commend the service from start to finish recevied at the Homerton Outpatients Department / Urology unit. Hardly a waiting time, all staff were very friendly and accomadating from start to finish. Before during and after the procedure all information advantages/disadvantages was explained to me from all parts of the treatment. I was very nervous but the staff helped me at all levels and were very attentive to all my needs. 5/5 Outpatients Receptionist 5/5 Initial Outpatients Nurse 5/5 Urology Doctor 5/5 Nurse John - Urology Team 5/5 The 3 Urology Doctors carrying out the procedure 5/5 Urology Team I want to recommend this service to everyone and to give credit where it is due in order for the team to keep up their great service only expected from a private hospital whereas this is a NHS and my local hospital of which I am very proud of!
