I only have one bug bear with the hospital, the phone system is ridiculous, I've tried calling the hospital for certain departments a few times the last couple of months and watch til the phone seemed to have been ignore. I know there is a new computer system in some departments but it doesn't mean the phone should be ignore. I have been in the waiting rooms while phones are ringing but even though there are staff not one is answering the phone. I know there is alot involved working in hospitals but all around the hospital there are signs saying the health of their patients are priority and yet phones cant be answered. I just feel like there needs to be extra help and or training.
