"The caring attitude of the medical ..."

About: University Hospital Aintree

(as the patient),

What I liked

The caring attitude of the medical staff who communicated well both with me and each other throughout my treatment.

I am satisfied that I was told what I need to know about my condition.

What could be improved

Both before and after treatment, the non-medical staff lacked leadership and some management in a somewhat stressful atmosphere that could be felt by patients.

However, this important factor was offset by their evident good teamwork and politeness in one-on-one situations towards patients
