What I liked
The caring attitude of the medical staff who communicated well both with me and each other throughout my treatment.
I am satisfied that I was told what I need to know about my condition.
What could be improved
Both before and after treatment, the non-medical staff lacked leadership and some management in a somewhat stressful atmosphere that could be felt by patients.
However, this important factor was offset by their evident good teamwork and politeness in one-on-one situations towards patients
