Huge thanks to the staff of Bramshaw for the fabulous care they gave to me over the last 3 days and a bit. It would be pushing it a bit to say I actually enjoyed myself! but everyone made my experience on the ward so pleasant and hassle-free, I can honestly say I hardly ever had a moment's anxiety the whole time I was there, during what could have been a difficult and frightening time. I was treated with courtesy and respect at all times; the doctors, nursing and ancillary staff made it seem as if they were not just doing a job of work, but that we patients really mattered to them, and that we were in safe hands. They are lovely people.
