My partner was admitted to this hospital on a Sunday and they have witheld her medication for 3 days so she is now going through a major withdrawal. The "Doctor" didn't know where her gallbladder was located or the side effects of suddenly coming off medication. The nurses have been useless to the point of questioning their actual qualifications or if they're registered. A HCA spoke to my partner like a 3 year old and told her off. I will be putting in a serious complaint about this place.

You haven't mentioned which ward she is on, which means we aren't able to make sure we put this right for you and your partner. We would also like to assure you that all our doctors are suitably qualified and able to care for our patients; junior staff know how to get help and support from a senior colleagues if they have concerns. Similarly, all our nursing staff are fully trained and should treat all patients with compassion so we are very sorry that you obviously don't feel your partner received this. As already stated, we want to put this right for you both.
